Mounting on reinforced concrete or wooden binders using standard brackets

Does the ceiling construction in your building consist of reinforced concrete binders or wooden binders?

You can use our standard brackets as a solution for mounting the suspended rail system. These are attached to the sides of the building girders. The suspended crane system is then mounted on the standard brackets using flange clamps.

Reinforced concrete girders

Mounting the crane installation on the standard brackets

Standard brackets on reinforced concrete

The concrete girder is drilled through using a core hole drill to attach the bracket.

The standard brackets are available in two different cantilever lengths: 350mm and 525mm. They are suitable for girder thicknesses up to 500mm and can be used for a suspended rail system with a load capacity up to 2000kg.

On concrete girders, the standard brackets are braced using small square end plates.

Standard bracket on wooden binder

The wooden binder is drilled through to mount the bracket.

The standard brackets are available in two different cantilever lengths: 350mm and 525mm. They can be used on binders up to 500 mm wide. Mounting on wooden binders is designed for suspended rail systems with small to medium load-bearing capacities.

The standard brackets on wooden binders are braced with a U profile.

Is the highest hook position to be reached using the standard bracket not sufficient?

The reason for this can be a building with a very low ceiling. Or the machine is very high and you have to achieve the maximum lifting height. We can also offer a solution with a special high bracket for reinforced concrete binders.
